I rarely comment on KZfaq vids. Just wanted to say that video was brilliantly done. Made the elbow portion of the clean much more clear for me. Oh, and loved the “stank face” in the last demo :D Thank you!

Haha your arms! You're killin' it! And remember, with the clean: "Hips drive, arms guide." That means the power should come from your legs and hips -- driving your feet hard into the ground and powering the bells up with a forceful leg drive. The arms should be fast, but they should not be "muscling" or "curling" the bells up into the rack. If your arms are working too hard, that means your legs aren't working hard enough. Keep up the great work and skill practice! 💪
