The cold reach of the Empire is spread far across the Galaxy. Tension is rising as the glimmer of any hope of resistance is hanging in the balance.
A masked jedi, battered and hardened by the years of war, destruction and betrayal, they can escape the fight no longer. Like many, they are backed into the far corners of the galaxy to face the fury of the Empire, fighting the overwhelming power in only small numbers.
One final push, one final reactor core to destroy the Empire's foothold in this small corner of the galaxy. Whether the far away resistance succeeds is no matter here. Whether it's the Empire achieving total galactic domination, or remaining loyalists carrying out the Sith's final biddings, destroying the Last Core is the only chance of survival...

I love how in a film universe there are unlimited stories to be told from every perspective. I wanted to create my own short story of what resistance from the far corners of the galaxy could look like. Not the active Rebel fighters attacking the heart of the Empire, but those backed into a corner, a last roll of the dice in a fight for pure survival.
I created this film over the course of around 3 months mainly in Blender. I wanted to complete a film start to finish to test a lot of new workflows in the process. I have learnt so much from creating this film, and have improved so many skills to hopefully take my upcoming film projects to the next level!
