Great reactions and discussion! Such a brilliant show. :) Also, re: your question about the green explosions happening during Outbreak Day - it was the transformers on powerline poles exploding due to becoming overloaded. Basically, the chaos in the city probably caused something to go wrong at the local power plant, and so the whole electrical grid for the city was getting flooded with too much electricity, causing the transformers to blow.
