I suspect (but don’t know for certain) live eye in the sky is remote surveillance that is outsourced to India, much like a lot of stuff (like I/T services) is outsourced to India because they can pay employees at a lower rate. I’m also speculating GSE doesn’t have one because of the overhead cost. But let’s see what the actual answer is.

It is just remote video monitoring. You pay them, they watch your cameras and let you know when they spot a thief. I would guess they don't have it due to the cost of lost items vs. the service.
