ive been brewing ciders and wines for some time, but i think its time to make some umqombothi, the anchor brewers yeast has a recipe but this helps with the finer details. thanks from a white guy from jozi.

That awesome my brother,but can you help me please clarify how much of this luke warm water I mix impala maize meal and king Korn? One other thing what kind of whiskey just behind you? I really don't like where that bottle is placed,can't we put under the table please Gatyeni?

Use 1kg of King Korn and 1kg of maize meal when you mix, then when you done cooking the porridge version and it's dry, then add another king Korn and stir it together and put it in one bucket after. Then you good. Meaning 2kg king Korn is required
