This was my favorite video that introduced me to Pilates! Thank you for posting this - I can't stop smiling that I get to revisit this method almost 20 years later.

I am so happy to have found this. I wish the VHS of this had been available in DVD too. I did this daily religiously for many years! Jennifer Kries is the best!! XX

Is was available on dvd! That’s how I first saw it! And they’re selling the dvd on Amazon still to this day!

Thank you for your reply. I still can't find the exact one. Does the cover look the same too? The others don't suit beginners with extensive instructions like how to hold the body, etc. before videos start@@amandalorian8317

Your video 2001 was the first time I every did pilates the met sculpting and tone I was in shape...I'm going to order this again until il watch on you tube

This is pretty much solely for the back, and quite some talk :) With less talk which would reduce unnessesary waiting and also unnessesary information, unless you want to become a trainer, its a very good back workout. Love

But she does "the hug", "the pushup" 1 extra time and skips the "bend the knees" in the ballet section on the second side.... :((( - Great workout!!!! :)

Can you please find the method -jab, kick burn with Stacey mallet? I’ve looked everywhere and can’t find it. It’s amazing I was in the best shape of my life when I used it.

@@trancos7641 no, it’s this same workout but the toning part. The toning came first then the sculpting.
