10 Eggs (Size M)
1 Pinch of salt
16 g vanilla sugar or one t.l. vanilla extract
220 g of sugar
100 g vegetable oil (odorless)
100 ml of milk (room temperature)
190 g of flour
5 g baking powder
25 g of cocoa
60 ml of hot water
I bake the cake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius (340° F) top and bottom heat without convection for about 25 minutes.
INGREDIENTS for the quick cream:
300 ml of chilled whipped cream with a fat content of at least 30%
250 g of chilled mascarpone
300 g of chilled cream cheese
100 g of powdered sugar
16 g vanilla sugar
350 g drained glass cherries (canned cherries)
100 g grated chocolate
11 White cherries as decoration (on request)
