I just found out yesterday that my cholesterol is high, my sugar is high and my blood pressure is high. I'm not an overweight person and I try to eat healthy, But like Bobby says they hide so much crap in our food that you never know what you're eating. Thank you Bobby for making it easy for me to get back on track. Without you I would have spent a thousand hours trying to figure all this out.

This is Mary on Richard's phone here in Florida. I am trying to eat healthier but when you are on food stamps it can be difficult. When I first investigated thrive market I realized that I can just afford some of the products but the membership which is paid monthly or yearly and the fact that I have to pay money for the food and can't use the food stamps made it a no-go then I found out that thrive will give those with EBT and other programs a free membership for a year now I am able to afford to buy my supplements cheaper than in the stores in my area and I have free delivery so I'm not driving around spending money that way check it out it's a good deal if you think about adding fuel wear and tear on vehicle maintenance etc etc

Love the Silver Hills bread. At my local Korean grocer I purchase huge bags of unsalted dried kelp fronds and buy distilled water and place some of the fronds in a large mason jar and pour over the distilled water. Cold brew in the fridge for as long as you like. Pour the liquid into a cup or bowl and add a fresh squeeze of lemon. Very nutrient dense (especially for the thyroid) and very tasty too.

It's easy he repeats them so often: avoid processed foods, refined/ added sugar and oils, CARRAGEENAN, gmo corn/ corn products such as Maltodextrin fillers, oils that arents expeller pressed, HFCS, Natural Flavors, artificial sweeteners, buy the dirty dozen organic and buy organic oats, soy, coffee, tea only. He promotes pasture raised organic eggs vital farms, bone broth and collagen vital proteins, 100% grass fed beef/dairy maple hill, and nitrate free bacon/lunchmeat applegate organics. I've been watching for 6 months and generally agree with him except I have cut out all animal products from my diet recently.
