I listened to this for about 5 minutes and realized his style is very similar to What Bob hope’s comedy was nearly 75 years ago, only modernized. Really enjoyed this work of art.
@TankR
@TankR 10 ай бұрын
Its all quick shot tales and one liners. There is an art to the lead in, not how its said, but the body language. For instance, the ADD book bit, I thought he was going for the "its so-and-so pages!". Of course the punch line caught me by surprise and I scared my sleeping dog awake with the belly laugh I let out! It looks easy, but like any craft, it takes time, experience, and work to get it hammered down to this level. I agree, this is indeed a wonderful example of this genre of comedic stylings.

Wel my good Zany man? To congratulate you, your ver, very good. Just realistic, twist of words, misprints etc. You Bob, you deserve, a much bigger & more recognition, in the comedy world! Some of the well knowen comedians are just comedians, because they live off of their past achievements. You are spontanious, natural, straight forward, oh & I almost forgot the most important, indeed, very funny. - - The most sarcastic & tasteles comedian was I ever heard was Don Rickles.

I LOVE Bob Zany's HILARIOUS, clean and sarcastic humor. Every time I hear the Zany Report, it's like I heard it for the first time- it's so FUNNY! Much THANKS to DryBar for featuring some of the FUNNIEST comedians who prove that you don't have to be crude and "cuss" like a sailor to be funny. Some of the stuff I see at the Goodwill is good material for a stand-up comedy routine! So FUNNY!

Bob Zany is one of the best of the new crop of standup comics. He has an amazing sense of irony and an impeccable sense of timing that is reminds me of Rodney Dangerfield. And I watch any of Rodney Dangerfield's standup's videos on KZfaq I can find. To me he was the penultimate comedic talent.

Lol I did this with a cigar at Disney and got thrown out. The staff do all these crazy routines while your in the bar, So knowing I wasn’t allowed to smoke, I acted smoking it like they were pretending everything that happened in the bar was real, I think they didn’t like being upstaged by the gallery.
