I prefer to bathe but I take showers for economical as well as for ecological reasons. I luxuriate a good hot bath though from time to time. :-)

I didn't come here to learn English. I came here to take a relaxing soak--to luxuriate, as it were--in the eargasmic sounds of this lady's voice. But I did in fact learn a new English word and that's cool.

I've learned new words which is through the roof like we said the water bills are going through the roof , luke warm this word just to describe the liquids if are not warm nor cold are between , sun bathing and the last one I forget it 🙈🙂

Hi my lovely! How marvellous! I drank your narrative with delight Anna and enjoyed bathing with you, I mean... with the most honourable intentions and into the English language! ;-) Personally I opted for lukewarm showers 🚿 which are quicker and also, let's face it, way more economical (and ecological!). However, I -enjoy- luxuriate (thanks for that one;-) taking a hot bath once a week, usually on saturdays, for it indeed allows a good moment of relaxation. I never really experienced cold baths but conversely I did experience freezing cold showers in the mountain 'refuges' on the GR20 notably. I had a hard time at first Brrr! but somehow became habituated; and eventually, that is crazy how you indeed feel good, warm and totally relaxed, like rejuvenated indeed afterwards! 👌 After telling this, I'm thinking of having a good hot bath right now! ;-) Je vais me faire couler un bon bain chaud ! 🛁 🧼🧽 In French we don't 'run a bath' : on fait couler / on se fait couler un bain ... I stop here otherwise I'm gonna be too long once more! 😂Sorry, but I always feel like writing a novel after each of your podcasts or lessons! 😂😉 Excellent and charming podcast as always Anna.
