Yep. I've grown indifferent toward my narcissistic husband. Now, when he shouts at me that he hates me, during what shouldn't have even been an argument, I start breaking the things I once bought for him out of love. I remind him that I no longer love him because he's difficult to live with, and I don't need his stuff filling up the house; pretty soon he will have nothing in the house, and he can go back to his parents and ex's. This scares him, and he calms back down and starts behaving civil again.

I actually wanted him to say that he hated me, because i already knew. I think i have gone back to him 10+ times and i only knew him for 5 mouths, but 4 days with no contact now. Thank you for your videos 🙏

Wow. Never thought about how a certain person, especially when you see them face to face . How that could be a trigger. Crazy .thinking about it . When they say a certain person’s name . That’s a trigger . Just like certain words. Great video.

He's awful...he just sent me a video about having kids with the "wrong people". I'm the full time parent, and he asks about our son once a year...on his birthday. To the toxic ex, he's fine with seeing son 1 to 2 times per yr.

Accept the facts they don't love you, forgive yourself ... get a good therapist - create boundaries in all relationships ...go no contact with all toxic people - go inward and renew you. Focus on the self in a healthy way. It hurts but you will heal if you have the will to red pill.
