Red barrels please hire this man, if someone is going to take extra time to make the documents a new look for the people who actually want lore. Something a lot of players gloss over. That is some extreme detail and dedication for the people who are interested in the backstory!

There’s so much more around the real story, that this is actually based on, obviously exaggerating some things but lots of it was really provable, and corroborated with a facility that only has say 70 people involved in three different parts, and it is names slightly varied but absolutely true and the story is really sad for some, the chain of evidence is absolutely outstanding, unfortunately about half of the forty subjects have passed or in prison with life ect, all corroborated, it’s alot of work, and their work still goes on in another form, their was regulation passed around the same time in the early 1950’s, I don’t want to disclose the place or country ect, I will be getting a copyright, and trade name charity, and the other aspects surrounding it and what a story I just want the 200 members and some can talk to me and ask questions and if it’s known, I will say, it’s obvious it’s still going on in some form and the changes show so much, but people have suffered and died, I know that people will be very happy with what I know, it’s more about the story the game just helps show, and even people including the makers know how correct it is , the signals are still being used as is the underground areas take care message if you want to join

Dude, the pervert the Futterman mission made me a little nauseous. It goes to show just how much Goosbury’s father traumatized her. Under the bellybutton of the “doll” is one word with an arrow pointing down….”pacifier”. That shit made me uneasy, and I’ve never had a game make me feel that way before. I don’t know how they thought of this stuff, but damned if it doesn’t make the trauma our reagents go through feel real lol

I’ve never played an Outlast game, but I’ve watched multiple lore videos on the series (especially on Trials), as I find the story incredibly fascinating. This video is really helpful, thank you. By the way, one little thing: I don’t know why, but that line from Easterman saying he wanted someone who could be put in a crowd of totally sane people and turn them into a mob of lunatics in a matter of minutes was really really cool. I guess the wording went hard

Amazing video Green Links! I was into it from start to finish, didn't even see how fast the time passed. I also wanted to point out that Nurse Barlow's conversations slowly turn more and more weird on her end as we progress through the challenges, I am at +80 trials completed with 3 regeants released and she started telling me stuff like "What do you think of the pills? Do they help? Doctor Easterman said I should take the pills. My head hurts. I'm so tired." Anyways, thank you for working so hard on the video and getting every detail out there, especially the past real life references!

I honestly love, that the further you go into these things. The more you can catch Easterman simply losing his mind due to manipulation and LSD. Going from a straight thinking man (straight not as in his sexuality) To a man who still believes he's in control, but starts stammering about faith and charisma. Having erotic thoughts about Wernicke, and seeing those as signs from above. It's honestly terrifying.

Just a note - the screaming children in the futterland trial don't actually seem to make noise. They even have voice lines like "He's over here! Maybe it's just meant to make newer players panic a bit?

My question to this day is how the hell your reagent survived the syringes to the eyes and the drilling into the skull with no anesthetics or anything to slow down blood flow or anything to stop pain and put you to sleep they literally surgically implanted the night vision into the person’s head… when the reagent gets out.. how does it get removed or they just expect these people to die?
