@@janshuster1426 I was simply answering your question. And if you choose to do this inquiry it can be experienced that feelings are simply sensations and we truly cannot know anything. How do you know what will happen when you die? This is the point. Our minds grasp onto beliefs to make us feel better. Like thinking/believing you can know what you will experience when you die. Again, just responded to your question with pointing to inquiry and zero judgment. Blessings 💞

@@ravenwild5184 No problem. I watched a few minutes of your video and had no clue where you were going with your thoughts. Didn't help.that I was in the hot sun gardening earlier. My world view is that there is ONE ( CALL IT WHAT YOU WILL ) The universe is one giant organism of which we are part of ( just like the bacteria in our gut, are they part of us or separate? They do affect our mood ). As Budda says, become one with the one thousand things. The world would be a better place if we treated everything as ourselves ( our fellow man, other creatures, nature ). Anyway I do go thru life feeling separate as opposed to my intellectual beliefs, hence the duality which is why I brought it up. Not sure if that is the same duality you are addressing as I couldn't get past the first few minutes.
