Next to last case, the defendant did not read the entire contract before signing and missed the clause about clients and the work she was doing and not taking it to another company in the same field. And the last case, they are half-siblings, and the defendant had no experience with a dog with separation anxiety. And Plaintiff knew the half-sister had not experience with dogs and defendant should have read her lease about pets. Bad case for both sides.

I think pizza could make more sick, at least i have stomach problems if i eat too much pizza. Especially greasy pizza. But for 7 year old 5 pieces is little too much.

the graphic art case. wow i didn't know that's how things were in some professions!!! can't work in her field for 2 years??? she must've been HUNGRY comin' out the gate!!! now she'll be starving if she can't work in her field, but she did freely sign didn't she? great business savvy to the young business woman who put it all together to cover herself!!! and then called defendant "baby girl." i may not like it at all, but i'd think i'd been "schooled" by someone who was a very good business woman!!! someone to learn something from BUT....she ain't gonna hand you over her business for crying out loud! were you EARNING your way OR expecting your way???....big difference and good case. learned something i will never use, but learned something all the same.

The dad is raising his kid to be a whiner. There will be bigger fish to fry in his future. Teach him dignity.

Most of you bashed the kid and the plaintiff in the first case, apparently you have never been bullied, or you were the bully in school. It is not nice to bash people who have been bullied, for it can lead to more serious stuff when the bully grows up, called breaking the law and going to prison. Hopefully the bullies can see themselves in this case. Bullies have no place in school.

OF HER EMPLOYER BUT THE CONTRACT CAN NOT BAR HER FROM WORKING IN THE FIELD OF GRAPHIC DESIGN.. THE DAMAGES ARE ONLY FOR LOST PROFITS, MAYBE $1,000 NOT $5,000. The 1st case re feeding kids inorganic dog food- theres nothing @ all wrong with th@, infact its wonderful for my guts..... i have a colostomy (th@s an operation th@ involves taking the intestines & making an ass hole th@ comes out of my stomach wall instead of the usual place (because the muscle is so fucked u coud call it a prostitute if it had tits) anyway wheres the dog food gone im feeling hungry again
