INGREDIENTS:
2 cups all-purpose flour (unsifted)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 (8 tablespoons) cup butter at room temperature
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 cups mashed ripe bananas (3-4 medium)
1 teaspoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts

I didn’t have a loaf pan, so I made this in a glass pan that was 9 3/4 by 9 3/4, the one from ikea. I reduced the temperature by 25 degrees and the time to 50-55 mins. I also added almonds because I didn’t have walnuts. It came out perfect! Super moist and just enough sweetness. The almonds add such a nice texture too.

I just made 2 banana breads using her recipe but I used wheat flour and added cinnamon & dark chocolate chips. It came out amazing and very moist! ♥️

mix together 2 cups flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking soda cream together 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup or soft butter. add two eggs. mash 4 bananas. add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 1 teaspoon of milk. alternate mixing in the dry bowl and the banana mix with the liquid bowl. bake for an hour and 10 mins at 350 degrees

I’ve made this today. Suuuper moist and yummy. The only thing I would do differently next time is the amount of sugar. I’d definitely take out 50 to even 100 grams. The bananas are so natural sweet when they’re ripe you really don’t need as much❤️❤️

Ro, I know it was hard when your dad died. My mom died when I was 8. What helped me cope was I planted a tree and named it after her and it is still growing to this day. Having a loved one die is pain full and don’t try to forget him just remember him. He will always be in your heart and you in his, always remember that

Hello everyone! Just to let you all know I gave this a go this afternoon and it turned out PERFECT!! The only difference I made was changing the nuts (my brother is allergic) to biscoff biscuits! It was GLORIOUS and my family hate my cooking so this was a big deal😭 THANK YOU FOR THE RECIPE!

Made this today, and it’s really good! Mines came out a little darker on top and I was worried for a sec, but I guess it’s cause everyone’s oven is different. 💙

I’ve made this recipe about 4-5 times since this video was posted and it’s amazing! such a good treat when you’re craving something that’s not too sweet. I definitely recommend. Just a slight issue for me was when I baked the bread, the top got a little too brown, and I want to know how to make it a little less burnt looking... can anyone give me any tips or suggestions??

Thank you so much for this recipe! I added a bit of brown sugar and cinnamon to my version for an additional flavor as my family can’t use nuts in stuff and it turned out so yummy and perfect so thank you so much!! I will definitely be coming back to this video if I make it again ^^

I love that you are using an electric mixer instead of the mixer. I feel It’s more engaging rather than watching the machine mix.

THIS IS SO GOOD. Just made it and I have to say it’s probably going to replace my go to banana bread recipe 😬 it is so moist without using sour cream but still holds it’s shape when sliced. Plus the crust is crispy NOT dry 😍 eating my 3rd slice with butter while it’s still warm and I can’t get enough!!

From one Rosanna banana to another Rosanna banana, I made this recipe 11 months ago when I first saw this video and it was so good in fact I live by myself and I ate the whole thing within a day and a half. And I’m just about to make it one more time. For 57 years I’ve been trying to run away from Rosanna banana, but I think that is something that’s going to continue for the rest of my life until the day I die lol. You’re a top banana in my books kiddo.
