Было бы хорошо, если бы были указаны углы наклонной скамьи. По просмотру упражнения хорошие , но не понятно какой угол у скамьи, приходиться гадать.

Dumbbell flies??, brah this isn't 1980...use the pec deck machine or cable machines..you get constant tension w/o the risk of injury

People, DON'T ever do dumbbell flies. They're useless for half of the movement. The second upper half of the movement there is NO TENSION! Use cables to do your flies as they will give you tension throughout the movement.

what are you saying ??? all great and perfect bodies have been built with handlebars and weights since ancient times.. a living example is Arnold Schwarzenegger, father of bodybuilding.. also this ragazzo who is here in this video is a Professional and the result of his perfect body is thanks to the routine that he is behaving generously to everyone… Nothing is useless if we have the right technique and perseverance..…

You are partly correct. I say partly as I know full and well that once the weight is above 70% to vertical, it can be held there all day without issue but on a cable/machine, absolutely impossible. However if DB fly is executed correctly (which most I see aren't) then good results can and have been achieved.

Good video, thanks! But I thought it was for chest!? It was more like 50% chest and 50% shoulders, lol Also.. do you really do that many different exercises for one muscle!? And if you do… I’ve always kinda of wondered, couldn’t you just accomplish the same thing, with a lot less exercises if you simply increased the weight and intensity!? And if not.. could you please explain? Because this seems to be the most common confusion that I have and I can’t seem to ever get a good answer one way or the other!

On chest and shoulder day, you can choose 4 chest exercises and 3 shoulder exercises, 3 sets of 10-12 reps for each exercise.
