Please either call it "Tonnato" or if you want the word tuna in english, "Italian/Piedemont tuna sauce". Tonnato already means tuna sauce...

I think there’s some kind of misunderstanding… tuna tonnato doesn’t exist in Italian 😅 tonnato is an adjective and it refers to a sauce made with tuna…so you are actually saying that you are making a piece of tuna with a tuna sauce 😅 in Italian there’s a popular dish which is vitello tonnato (veil tonnato) and I think you are referring to that particular sauce (the vitello tonnato one) by saying tuna tonnato which has no sense 😅

Nice test kitchen, y'all make sure everyone is equally compensated , better yet post everyone's salary. You don't want to get brutally cancelled like Bon Apatite's kitchen. That straight up imploded because they were careless about how they treated their POC hosts.
