Dr. Rachael Horner is a first year resident in the University of New Mexico's Department of Emergency Medicine, and she believes that quitting is underrated.
She holds an MD from Ben Gurion University, a master's degree from George Washington University, and has a background in personal and staff development.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
