Owen draws from a knowledge base that is multidimensional - all encompassing - very broad and very deep. He's extremely well rounded - which, is difficult to conceptualize, and likely an oxymoron in it's own right - so you'd be best to experience it, and that's what Owen does best. He brings it. He's all over the place, yet laser focused. He's informative and transformative. He's a friend and a mentor. I'm fortunate to have discovered his work...This was more of a review than a comment but whatever lol

I think Joe Rogan's description that weed opens up rooms in your mind that you didn't have access to before is the greatest benefit from weed. I don't think it makes you more present at all, but it can help you to gain almost an outside perspective on how things are going in your life, the state of your relationships, etc. But as someone who only partakes occasionally and has dated and lived with different many stoners, i definitely believe almost everyone who regularly smokes should stop. It makes it pleasant to waste time. But I also kinda think a lotta people who never smoke weed would benefit from partaking from time to time XD

Top shelf wisdom here. Thanks man. Particularly resonate with your concept of the box. In my mind I’ve been calling it the bunker. A place to hide from the world, to take shelter from a storm, to retreat from enemy attacks. Part of you knows that you’re in hiding and may never emerge, so you spruce up your bunker with whatever frills, thrills and distractions you need to convince yourself it’s a penthouse, essentially making the best of the only place you think you can feel safe. All the while forgetting or denying that you were BUILT for the world ABOVE, capable of conquering every threat that keeps you underground - most of which are just products of your own brilliant and vivid imagination. The biggest realization for me has been twofold: 1) The bunker is NOT SAFE. 2) You can climb out anytime.

you need to master releasing trauma from your subconscious (Juliens TM can help you with that) and you need to take massive action with a 1000% clarity of intent and 10 000% freedom of outcome. Do this in pomodoro style so 25 mins massive action and 5 mins subconscious trauma release, again and again and again. Trust me you wil feel the difference in a week, a month, a year etc. You wil feel that you will resonate with derping less and less and less, don't think you get the result overnight though, this process will gradually take you out of derping. Trust me (and Owen and God)

Dude... This video was crazy. I don't want to spend too many words (because I'm at such a loss for them) but that thing you said about people finding your first "Truth About Success" better and "The Golden Cage" resonated so deeply within me. I've been reading The Way Of The Superior Man and trying to go deeper - with some success if I do say so myself - and I feel like that was like the flammable gas spread over a room, that just got lit up by your wonderful spark of a presentation. It was truly a gift like you said at the end. I don't know what my reaction would've been, had I been there in the flesh. But one thing is for sure: I wouldn't mind flying out to hear this in person at all. Thank you Owen.

Great seminar, Owen. I was doing the vocals too in my motorcycle helmet. Hey man, I love to see you doing what you're doing. Nobody else I know of seems to care as much about his audience, even in religious groups. I'm personally averse to the pickup lifestyle, I'm not being judgmental, but I don't think it's wise. Im just more of a traditionalist. In fact, I'll share a story, back in my early 20s when I first watched Julians PIMP series and I was blown away by it, it was really like a breath of fresh air and wind in my sails, like here's something i could really get interested in. i was hooked on the idea of going out to bars and clubs all the time and having as many girlfriends as I wanted, but for whatever reason I just couldnt bring myself to commit to it. I was torn inside. It didnt feel right. I was in a barnes and noble bookstore one day, and i was praying to God about it asking what i should do, and just as a sort of random thing, i picked up a book by Saint Augustine and flipped to a random page and the first thing I read was so relevant you wouldn't believe it. He talked about being relieved that God lead him away from his former life where he hooked up with women all the time. I guess that's the moment I really decided to abandon the idea. Theres just too many people throughout history who discourage it. But in a day where almost everyone is behaving more and more like they're autistic, I cannot deny that what you're teaching is beneficial. The social skills. I think sensual gratification is unwise to mess around with because its addicting and also destracting from the lessons life has to teach. I think every moment of pain has with it a lesson and that you dont learn as much from pleasure.

45:15 bizarrely spot on. I broke up with a very toxic girlfriend last year, someone who had to be constantly high on weed to manage her anxiety. Right after we broke up she got together with one of her friends, who was extremely mentally ill and attempted suicide 2 months prior to our breakup. They drove each other so crazy that she developed an eating disorder. Don't be that person haha, just be honest and do the right thing instead of upholding the ego if you don't want to end up like her.

I pretty much agree with Owen, although I think weed really isn't that bad for those that can really moderate it and just smoke once a week or every other week or something. But for someone like me where it always turned into smoking every day every waking hour, or even really just smoking every day even if it's once a day, it really is insidious and makes you way less than you could be, not even factoring in the possibly memory issues etc. Anything you get addicted to can be pretty bad for you mentally, even video games. Will get the way you process dopamine all screwed up over time.

I'm really happy to see how far you have gotten! I was actually going to comment on the fact that you have been projecting your own experiences and having that hurt at the audience through the videos you've produced recently. I'm even more happy that you have gotten past that and I wish you the best. I too am going to be going to Alaska with a friend to help him with a business venture where a coal mine is opening up and I can see a huge opportunity for housing. Secondly, I'm grateful to see that your approach to coaching has grown so much. Letting the students be the main focus instead of the teacher is a great choice. Hopefully in the future some of them will be able to aid you on your coaching career until next time. -Much love and light.
