Incredible step by step process. That rolling and kneading technique to add clay to the pots height at 8:43 & 13:40 would be a beautiful signature design if the pot was done in its entirety with that textured on the outside, perfect for the high end contemporary market.

검은 도자기 주위의 칠흑 같은 색깔은'훈연 찌꺼기 탄소'를 통해 형성된다. 도라벽돌이 정형화되어 빛을 누른 후, 가마에 넣은 후 가마를 봉하고, 일정한 시간을 거쳐 가마 속의 짙은 연기가 도기 주위를 순환하여 그을리게 하고, 짙은 연기 속의 탄소 입자가 점점 벽돌에 스며들게 하여, 비로소 흑도의 독특한 색채를 형성하였다.

It takes a long time, from drawing and shaping to carving and drying, and finally firing, one pot takes about a month.

Build a large frame and Use the compactor in the beginning , to make a press mold. The wheel is for glazing.

My grandpa told me back in the day that is how people keep gold fish in a giant vat. If done right, you don't need filters, all natural.

What makes them darken as opposed to regular terracotta pots?

likely it is because the pots are fired in a reduced oxygen kiln, this can cause certain iron rich clays to darken.

Anything done by hand can be done with a machine. The only detail is how many of the item is required. I'm a cabinetmaker. 1 table is just me working. 100 tables is me needing several employees for a number of weeks. 1000 tables is too many for a small business, but not enough to build the machines. I'd rather get asked for 5 items or less.

흑도대야는 하나의 표준물건이 아니다. 순수한 수공의 흑도대야 가격은 사이즈 크기 및 굽은 후의 완벽도에 따라 대략 1000~3000위안 사이이다
