Beautifully clean factory. Very nice how they take care of the machinery, some of the stuff is old but someone is taking the time to keep it painted and running properly!

Those are some good quality ladders 👍 I like the details on both they are nice. a lot of people where I live still have the wooden ladders even know they start to fall apart over the years from the weather 😀✌️❤️

I really like how they have the rope and pulley on the outer edge! The ones in north america here all seem to go up the middle - which does give a more even pull, but you get your feet caught up in the rope sometimes if you're not careful.

These japanese thin wall aluminum i-beam ladders are incredibly light and easy to use, while being strong and sturdy enough. I used them a lot at work in Tokyo, I don't remember if they were from Hasegawa. The downside is that they don't withstand as much abuse and misuse as the more common ones in the West, generally made of thicker and heavier aluminum.

I don't know if the subtitles are auto generated, but the first process should be "straightening, and stamping" not "resonance"

I used to work in an old ladder factory with a mechanical ladder rung press from the 1950’s that was over 18X faster than the newest hydraulic ladder presses. It instantly banged the rung ends and advanced to the next rung. The flywheel spinning then the clutch would activate and the large cams on the back shaft drove the knuckles and it had tonnes of force power!

Не надо быть великим инженером чтобы понимать преимущества замкнутого профиля, особенно на скручивание. На стремянку высотой больше 1м человеку весом больше 100 кг, явно не рекомендуется.
