a bad weather system is headed our way and we need urgent provisions so we can move to are more protected anchorage.
We anchored our sailing catamaran a couple of miles away from a 10 dollar dinghy dock that had a fuel station and grocery adjoining their parking lot.

You guys need a little foldable wagon. They are great and have so many uses! You wouldn’t have to carry groceries and fuel. You can find them for as little as $40.00

Hi Nate! You are definitely in the majority! We will pick up a wagon as soon as we can. We actually saw one at the Ace Hardware at this stop but they wanted $300.00 for it. NOPE! That is not in the budget. We’re hoping to get to a Walmart soon. We’re still stuck in St. Mary’s GA trying to get the standing rigging repaired. Hopefully we’ll be on our way this week.

A little trolley/wagon would be a great investment they pack up quite small and would have made your life super easy. Esp as you have two young kids to do the labour for you :D

Walmart sells collapsible wagons with narrow and wide wheels capable of carrying 250 lbs. They're best found in summer months, and Florida for beach goers.

Hi Seth, the wagon is on the short list! We saw one at the Ace Hardware at this stop but they wanted $300.00 for it!! Nope 👎. We’ll wait for Walmart 😊

Make sure the wagon has rubber wheels and not plastic. My beach wagon has plastic and is so noisy. I have had it for 10 years, but I wish it wasn't so loud.

Watching you haul all that stuff!!! You could probably make something, but there are child bike trailers that have push handles...basically so they turn into a stroller and they are lightweight and fold into practically nothing. I know your kids are too big for that, but you are going to be hauling stuff a lot!!! So, you could use it to haul stuff if the marina has bikes or push it. I can't remember if you have a water maker, but some places don't have water at the dock.

I am torn about this comment. I enjoy your channel and I am subscribed and hit the like button every episode. My struggle is for two weeks in a row you have talked about the damage you received from a storm of which I am very sad for you but its like you are holding the KZfaq viewer hostage by saying the was a catastrophic issue but unless you contribute to the Patreon page then you will not say what happened. I didn't start watching KZfaq to become a hostage so please reconsider your strategy. At the end of the day I hope your family is ok and that you didn't loose your home because that is what is important. v/r Tom

Hi Tom, I’m sorry, I completely understand what you’re saying. I’m not holding you hostage…. We’re okay. Find us on Facebook… there’s much more current information over there. Our strategy here is exactly the same as Nahoa when they’re boat was falling apart during an ocean passage. Also, no different than a new movie in the theaters. We edited the storm video and put it up for our patrons promptly because it is a major event and they support us so they deserve to have access first. We briefly mentioned it at the end of the last two videos for multiple obvious reasons. I hope you understand. The storm video will be public next Sunday. It’s been almost 3 weeks since the damage happened s and we’re still working on having it fixed. We cant travel, the standing rigging is unstable. The fabricator is working hard to make us new parts to repair our old boat. Please find us on FB. Thanks so much for following and liking every video!!! Corey

@@SaltyEscape Than you for your response. I am so sorry this happened to you. This is why I struggled with my comment. I am sure you have enough on your plate to try and take care of that you don't need any negative comments. I am paying for your quick hopefully low cost repairs. v/r Tom

@@SaltyEscape Don't worry about this comment - leaving us with a cliffhanger is always good for return visits...its a good strategy to use and good for you to film it - when we go through stressful events on board, the last thing I want to grab is a camera which is probably why I don't post videos any more. Looking forward to your next episode.

Jessica & Ryan post every other month, and most of their content isn't boat related. Not a fan.

They seem to have moved away from KZfaq. We used to enjoy them, but I agree, it’s changed. Still fun seeing their boat. 😊
