@Pops I’ve worked as a nurse for 8 years and those medications and heavily guarded and checking in and out (most places under video surveillance since the opioid epidemic) I agree I think it’s the ex husband and not a random cop but it’s just as easy for a cop to get it as a psychiatrist (which they don’t prescribe opioids as far as I’m aware) But I was just answering your questions of how a cop COULD get morphine.

The cop's name was Pat McBride. He was the first officer called out to Cindy's house when the incidents first started. They developed a romantic relationship (inappropriate) and he even moved in with her! Even worse, Pat McBride has been convicted of sexually assaulting two women, but the police cleared him of involvement in Cindy's case. Very suspish.

@Darwinsmom
@Darwinsmom 3 жыл бұрын
@@madelineharrop6263 One of the most upsetting thing a woman can experience is to be a victim of a crime and for law enforcement to decide she is "hysterical, unstable or unbalanced". In too many jurisdictions detectives given the responsibility of investigating crimes against women include an "old boys network" type of mentality. As long as a man - any man - offers up a suggestion that the complaining witness is unstable or should not be believed, that is just enough "evidence" for her to be totally disregarded. I am sorry that you feel unheard, Madeline, and that you are continuing to suffer the torment. As you can attest, and as Cindy James experienced, women are still too often dismissed as victims of crime. Maybe once we start to get more female detectives in a position of investigative power, then things can improve. Stay safe, Madeline!

Nope. Humans are supposed to act a certain way. The quickest way to get a man (or cop) to stop listening is to be hysterical. The more panic you're in when you call 911: the slower they are because they don't like being yelled at. -- they are the AUTHORITY. Ever pretending anything different will automatically put you in their suspect/non-help category. -- coming from a cops kid.

If she had multiple personalities, other people would notice, especially since she was hospitalized multiple times. Also, people with DID, presuming that was what was intended, do so to protect themselves. It's a self-preservation thing, so she wouldn't be tormenting herself. That makes no sense. And yes, it is absolutely maddening to not be believed when you are being abused. That kind of psychological torture needs to be made illegal if it can be proven. Many can prove it, and the victim is told to make changes even when it's not possible.

Knowing that she was repeatedly injected with morphine each time she was assaulted tells me it was probably her ex husband. He was angry she divorced him but he probably still had a soft spot for her and couldn't bring himself to watch her suffer or would feel ashamed if she was awake enough to recognize his face. Plus the fact he was a Dr. and probably had access to morphine. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Sadly they can’t because the law didn’t count stalking as a crime until very recently. Unless the man was showing up directly and she knew who it was, they couldn’t do anything about it. I was stalked from 16-19 and didn’t know who it was, luckily an officer went behind his job and got a private detective to find who my stalker was. Stalking laws are still not taken seriously, not because of police but because of the courts

The police claimed she staged all of the attacks for attention. To prove their claims, the police had someone at the coronal inquest placing a nylon around his neck and hog tying himself to demonstrate how Cindy may have done it in three minutes. They claimed she took oral narcotics (pills), which would have had a delayed effect and she would have had time to tie herself up before passing out. That doesn't explain the injection mark on her arm (although she could have injected herself with saline to fake it). The police account sounds very far fetched to me, which is probably why the result of the coronal inquest was that the manner of death was still unknown.

Yeah but why would a psychiatrist need access to morphine? I mean, he probably had some doctor associates or had privileges at some hospital(s) where he could have potentially snaked some, but he really shouldn't have had any direct, super easy access to it. But people are easily manipulated and greed and money are both things that exist so it probably wouldn't have been hard to pay someone off to get it for him. 🤔🤔 idk, I'm back and forth on this one. But if the victim herself suspected the ex-husband, then I think he's definitely the most viable suspect.

I have been binge watching your channel this whole week . And one thing I can for sure say is that the police department is completely inadequate and useless . So many crimes are unsolved because of their incompetence to secure evidence or to pay attention to the victims story prior to their death. Shake my head . Love your channel 😄

When you hear people use the term "gaslighting," THIS is exactly the kind of thing they're referring to, making someone feel their experiences and gut feelings are not true, that they are crazy. And a psychiatrist would know exactly what it is and how to do it.

The dog thing. If one of her personalities were doing these things then surely her dog would be terrified of her after the dog was attacked? The dog wouldn’t understand and would just know that their owner was attacking them. . . Cases like these were police are so negligent should be reopened and looked at by new officers

@lilybellamartin the ex husband never directly threatened her, so it’s really not a “spoiler”, the OG comment was slightly inaccurate. I know part of what Bailey does is entertainment but she’s talking about real people and terrible things that happened to them, commenters are allowed to discuss their feelings about these real events in the comments... they’re not “spoilers”.
@Boing2699
@Boing2699 2 жыл бұрын
Lily Bella Martin 1.) comments are literally for talking about the video. don’t read the comments if you don’t want to know what happens. 2.) someone literally died and you’re complaining about “spoilers”???! little weird that you’re that desensitized to someone actually losing their life after being horribly stalked and threatened
