@@cymbelineterrazas3113 I believe that 100%! I had a schizophrenic boyfriend that started hearing voices after he was introduced to Satanism. He'd wake up in fields with no knowledge of how he got there. He heard voices in his bedroom wall and starting picking at the wall to hear them better, which became so bad he needed his wall replaced. He was chronically suicidal and verbally abusive so it got to be too much for me. But yes, demons can implant themselves in your thoughts and ruin things if you don't take a stand against them.

Having served 4.5 years in prison, and housed in a unit where the majority of inmates were either lifers or those with 25+ year sentences, I can confidently say that for the most part, life in prison is a FAR worse sentence than being condemned to death. They have to watch their loved ones drift away from communicating with them, and then watch those who do maintain contact grow old and pass on with no chance to say goodbye. If they have kids, they watch them grow up estranged from them, living their lives like they don’t even exist in them aside from the occasional visit. And they also watch countless people who have the actual chance to leave squander their freedom by returning again and again with new crimes… believe me, deep down, after a few decades, they’re wishing for death

Can't take him seriously when the kid comes to an adult saying he's hearing voices and needs help, but want to try him as an adult after something horrific happens, likely because he didn't get the help he needed when he said he needed it. Which is it? Is he a teenager who doesn't know what he's talking about, or an adult who knows what he's doing? That is so sad and never should have happened.

That boy was demon possessed. And I’m not masking excuses for him becuz he knew what he was doing. If he wasn’t caught when he was, he prolly would’ve started dabbling in child sacrifices and etc. I wouldn’t be surprised if he turnt Christian before he died, a lot of people who mess with stuff like that see the truth in religion and Satan and decided to convert to Christ b4 it’s too late

Not a doctor, but it sounds like Sean may have had undiagnosed/untreated dissociative identity disorder or DID. Hearing voices, blacking out, losing time, feeling crazy, and having an extremely traumatic childhood are cumulative signs to talk to someone about DID. Like others have said, it's truly heartbreaking that he was repeatedly ignored when asking for help, as he most likely could have been treated for whatever he was going through. I do want to point out that regardless of his actual condition, those with DID are not statistically more prone to violent behavior. They are more often considered a possible danger to themselves, not others. The stigma against those DID is so severe that sometimes people are scared to ask for help. If you have someone in your life coming to you for help like Sean tried to, please be understanding, listen to them, and do your best to get them professional help. If you have DID, I love you and everyone in your system. You all matter and have a place in this world.

Just like Sylvia Likens, every adult in his life failed this child. He asked for help so many times.

The Sylvia Likens case was the one that made me the sickest to my stomach and I've watched/listened/read about sooo many cases, but what they did to her is horrifying beyond all words. Still makes me sick since I listened to it 4 years ago.

When I was 7or 8 there was a lot of panic about D&D in my area and I overheard my parents talking about how evil it was. My best friend and I talked it over and decided it must be a game to summon a dragon. Her older brother wouldn't tell us how to play, so we decided the best course of action was to jump on the trampoline in her backyard while chanting "dungeons and dragons" over and over. Unfortunately a dragon never appeared.

He did reach out for help not once, not twice but three times to three different adults. His mom and those teachers ignored his concerns and just didn’t care. Would he have still done what he did if he did get help? I don’t know, I’d like to think not but again, well never know. What I do know is that he wasn’t even given a chance to prove or disprove that question.

It's important to understand all aspects that can explain most of the horrific acts committed. The artistic talent is a great blend of creativity that is so cool. You are smart beautiful and fun! I remember reading in psychology that wetting the bed is a sign of a child being traumatized. Idk if that is still the reason. But maybe they did something to him and that's why he still wet the bed at 12
@katemartin113
@katemartin113 2 жыл бұрын
that was my immediate thought. any story where late stage bed wetting is mentioned, it’s usually linked with abuse anyway so just makes you think what other trauma this boy went through

Yeah or hormonal issues can be a factor as well, or being really overtired or being in an altered state or having a UTI. Lots of potential causes. But by 12 if its an issue he should have been seen by a doctor :(

Devil/demon worship and summoning aren't even THAT big of a part of D&D (except for certain adventures) which anyone who's actually played D&D would know, so the whole Satanic panic around the game is really dumb.

My father actually interviewed Sean while he was on death row. My father did a lot of work in occult study and training the police force on these types of criminals. Crazier thing is he also was one of the people that helped convert him to Christianity. I never thought I would see this on this channel.
