I find Etsy’s version of the seller’s handbook so vague that I’m surprised they haven’t been sued, even with the “no class action” clause. The guide is not much help, so I’ll be sticking with your information!

Hi Nik! Purchased your etsy handbook several days ago. I'm finding it difficult to read with the colored text and background. Any chance I can get a copy with black text on white background? I also printed one page to see if it would be easier to read on paper rather than a screen. It's not. It would also eat up a ton of ink printing the colored background. Help?

Hi, can you tell me if you have information on mockups for POD sellers? I am very confused about mockups.. apparently we aren't supposed to use third party mockups, but we can use mockups from the print providers, AND they have to represent what the buyer will get. I'm very confused. The print provider mockups don't always represent what the buyer will get.. I feel like a real photo of a real shirt is such a better representation... and much better looking as a listing as well. But I don't want to risk suspension so I'm currently deleting all my mcokups and replacing them with Printify mockups. Of course, idealy I would take pictures of the finished product..real shirt with design, in my apartment, but cannot afford this right now...

Hi Christina, yes you either have to use Printify mockups, or mockups from sellers who have photographed the exact t shirt type in that mockup. Ultimately your goal will be to photograph them yourself, but as you said this costs money, and will be something you do further down the road.

Hi! First I'd like to appreciate your awesome tips, they are really helpfull! I have a question about my shop. I started in September 2023 since then I have 100 sales and 187 listings (its a digital store) I'm suffering from low visibility. I have 4.8% all time conversion rate. Is it normal?
