Question: what if your jewelry is engraved on both sides? For the main thumbnail, do you show 2 necklaces one with each side on a surface? Or do you show someone wearing it showing the main side only?

If I sell a necklace with two options, silver or gold, three lengths, and six different color choices for pendant, would that be considered eleven items in my store? Or three items for my choices? Or just one total item for all the choices?

Hi there, thanks for your comment. That would be one listing, with different variations. If you are short on inventory you could also list them as separate items.

Hi! Thanks so much for the wonderful content! I'm a fan :) Quick question, I sell wall art. Some of my pics show the art in a frame. The frames however are not included. My question is, should I make one of these framed pics my 'primary' pics if the frame is not included? These pics are very appealing but I worry that it will confuse buyers (even though I mention that frame is not included in my descriptions). Thanks again!!!!
