The tone of your voice when you said sorry to your crew right before you met Megan Roche just sums up how much pissed off we feel when we don't put up the performance we wanted to and the reply by your crew showed it is not all about performances rather it is much more than that and being doing this together makes it worth doing. I am still pissed off from my performances in all the races and recently I ran my first ever Backyard Ultra in India on 10th February hoping to win it and wanted to see how far can I go but in the second night loop(13th loop overall) when the course gets changed- I missed a left turn and went straight and couldn't complete the loop in an hour. I had hoped to go for the win but I fucked it up big time and couldn't even call my crew as the thoughts came flooding to my mind saying you don't belong in this ultra scene, you are a crap, you can do no one thing right, feeling devastated that I let my family, friends and all the people rooting for me. But now I will be toeing line at my first ever 24 Hour Stadium Run on 9th March hoping to give my all and will be trying to get 150 miles in order to get a qualifier for Team India for 24 World Champs next year. I know no one day defines me and you elites being vulnerable about your story shows a lot. The way you race is just commendable and great to see, remember HEATHER JACKSON IS THE BEST HUMAN SOUL THERE AND A BADASS ATHLETE.!

Who dares wins. We all know you can play it safe and lock in a bunch of thirds. But we also know that's not who you are. When it comes together, and I know it will, you are going to blow the doors off.

Race nutrition is such a difficult thing to nail down in endurance sports. What might work one event may not work for another one. Lord knows I have had my share of miscues. Keep grinding and working towards your next event! Are you doing any East Coast events this year?

It was a pleasure meeting you at the expo before the race and seeing your smiling face while sharing how you inspire women to be their best self, regardless of what society sometimes deems the stronger sex. Keep moving forward and know we appreciate you. I competed in the Black Canyon 60k and watched the entire live stream at home nearby in North Phoenix, just 40 minutes away. We are so fortunate to have you among our community, Heather. The weather, we'll it was an unexpected phenomenon.

When your body is in dire circumstances, your prefrontal cortex goes offline and bad decisions result. It is your crews job to make the good decisions. Remembering everything for you.
