We just had lane filtering legalized here in AZ. I got stopped by a cop while I was filtering a few weeks ago. Kinda sad when the cops don't know the traffic laws. I had to pull the new law up on my phone, cause he didn't believe me.

He is "Lane filtering" which is legal is Texas. "Lane Splitting" is still illegal. Can't split lanes while traffic is moving. You can only filter to the front at red lights. While vehicles are stopped.
