The thing about you that makes you truely great isnt that you cant make literally anything out of confectionary, but that the stuff you make I would actually eat. They arent outragous combos like bergamot and rosepetals and avocado, its stuff like this. Mango, passion fruit and pineapple...familiar and always great flavors. Youre truely a delight to watch work.
