haze just a question about carrying a knife i see you have a long blade ,is 3inch the legal length

@@EpicDogs if you want to carry a knife in public it has to be below 3inches and non locking. If you have a good reason I.e bushcraft you can carry what you want. I know people who use a kukri.

Hazey, your obvious enthusiasm for the pure primal pleasure of wild camping, combined with your wonderful almost boundless positivity, is totally compelling. I love how you totally get the spiritual connection to the landscape and its ability to heal mind, body and soul, without the slightest hint of pretention. Your wordplay often makes me laugh out loud - I particularly enjoyed 'Namastehydrated.' 😂 I also now have a new appreciation for gate locks. 😁 After watching your channel for months, I finally went on my first wild camp yesterday. (It was mindblowingly awesome by the way). As I bid hubby goodnight to a sublime backing track of tawny owl cries, I found myself saying automatically that if nothing tragic or magic happened , I'd seem him on the morrow. I also find myself randomly shouting "medic!" whenever it seems to fit. Thanks for being a ray of sunshine in dark times. You're a national treasure. By the way, I think you should do a wild camping bush cooking crossover show with the Hairy Bikers. 😁 Hope you're all better now. xx

Man so pleased you said a quilt is an unzipped sleeping-bag. I couldn't figure out if I was missing something and I do exactly the same. In fairness not tried a quilt but not sure I want drop big doubloons finding out!! 👏👏 another great vid too natch

Hey Haze how you doing..? Been a while since I've been able to accumulate your videos to binge watch!!! I'm not much of a purchaser of premium quality equipment.(I'm a fat 50-year-old American backyard bowhunter) don't get me wrong I'll spend plenty of money on gear to do that... However I tend to live vicariously through KZfaq adventures. The last video had some kick-ass cooking!! Nice to see you out and about again... The quality and scenery of the videos that you post, are second to no one in the industry!!! And that may include national geographic!! I always look forward to seeing more of your artistry! It gives me a little bit of time to feel relaxed and enjoy!! I especially enjoy the time lapse of the sky scenes, from sunset to sunrise! 🍻🍻🍻 Dunking the junk in a bathtub,shower or even a pool is definitely not the same!!!

I just want to chip in that I love my terra nova, not the same tent, but its so well thought out and build quality is brilliant. great in hot weather, vents configuration is amazing at getting a flow going, smashing in foul weather as its rock steady with loads of double guys and support points. always get comments. cracking almost over looked company that makes amazing tents.

Blea Tarn is deeper than most of the Lakes except Wastwater & Windermere & is about the same depth as Ullswater. This is because during the ice age the ice slowly rotated here & acted like a massive drill & gouged the rock to a remarkable depth before melting & leaving behind the tarn. Great video mate

Hope you feel better 👍🏻 I got a sea to summit telos tr2, thing leaked or condensated so bad it was raining inside the tent the first time I tried to use it. Crazy. Got a Big Agnes tiger wall platinum and love it. Try that thing out sometime! Super comfy, super fast to put up, only weighs 41oz packed with the ground sheet. No condensation or leaking on rainy nights.
