Here's why you should donate one hour's wages per month to a research charity Remember, even if you do everything perfectly compared to what you're doing now, you will only buy a little bit of time compared to what could happen if we properly fund research that discovers the optimal interventions. Ideally before we need them, so there's time to troubleshoot.

Mark Twain said, Be careful whose diet advice you follow, because you might die from it. Let the food be your medicine means to me that the best food is learning how to feed off the source, which some call light, energy, prana, chi, or love. That's the best life extension, because divine love leads to eternal life. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and videos. Always interesting material.

I do believe that his biological age is 43 but based on what I heard, does your appearance also reflect your true age in some degree. He does look like 63 in my opinion. Any explanation on this biological age thing vs appearance age?
@user-yl7kl7sl1g
@user-yl7kl7sl1g 10 ай бұрын
Biological age is damage. Different organs have different types of damage, and different amounts. So for example, his skin and hair might have more damage than other organs. Aging clocks only measure some damage in some organs and give you a rough estimate. We don't know what aging clock he used, what measurements were taken, how reputable those who did the measurements were, etc. Repairing and preventing skin aging is big field which doesn't seem to be his focus. There's honestly a huge amount more he's could be doing, but he's ahead of most people and he's doing well with his goal of staying very physically active into old age.

I would love to do fountain health, but only a small percentage can afford it..your stats are wrong.. good healthy food is getting out of most people’s price point..in 2010 i used to spend $600 a month for groceries for 2 people, now its $1200 Canadian dollars..my paycheque hasn’t doubled in that time

I am so sorry to mention this…. I promise I’m not a really picky person but I do have ADD and OCD, and I have listened to Mark Hyman for a long time. I have to say that the hiccups, swallows, and pausing bothers me so much to where I almost can’t listen to him anymore. It’s like nails on a chalkboard to someone with my issues. I know he probably can’t help it, just like I can’t help being bothered by things like that. Just felt like I needed to vent. It’s just hard because I want to hear what he has to say but it drives me insane.

Investing in biotech is highly speculative. Go take a look at companies in this field, and you'll see most of them down 70%+ right now from their ATHs. Its high risk, high reward investing. If that makes Diamandis a 'charlatan', then I guess so is every other executive in this industry.

The guy has dark circles under his eyes, which is usually a sign of weakened kidneys, due to an improper diet. If he can't take care of his own health, how can I trust him to show me to take care of my own health?
@johnniejay
@johnniejay Жыл бұрын
You're making a lot of assumptions with that comment chief. Given that he's been a physician for 40+ years, I'll go out on a limb and say he knows what he's talking about.
@kevinschmidt2210
@kevinschmidt2210 Жыл бұрын
@@johnniejay No, he doesn't know what he is talking about when he can't even take care of his own health. His eyes prove it. Healthy people do not have dark circles under their eyes. He clearly has weak kidney issues caused by a bad diet. Thanks for admitting he has been wrong for 40+ years. However, most US physicians are wrong. Their support for the plandemic proves it, and so does the decreasing life expectancy in the US. They obey Big Pharma, and like to treat the symptoms and not effect a cure. There is no profit for them in actually healing people.
