I just changed my life age goal from 94 to 100 years old. I'm 71 and feel like I'm 49 😊👍✌️

Remember, you have not, because you believe not, nor ask not. Belief is the 1st 'mental vitamin mindset' that must be taken daily to longer age living. Take responsibility for your thoughts, health and exercise 👍🙂❤️.

You need to aim for more than 100! I help take care of a lady turning 103 in May! She has no metabolic diseases, only two medications, has a pretty active social life with church and other meetings. She is not frail, uses a walker but walks on her own, has her original teeth, helps with her daily care, can feed herself, and has mild cognitive reduction. Following Dr. Mark's recommendations will easily get you to or beyond 100!!

Hey Peter, I wanted to express my genuine appreciation for your invaluable contributions to society. I find your content to be both insightful and informative. Recently, I delved into Bryan Johnson's book 'Don't Die,' and it struck me how intriguing a conversation between you two would be. The parallels in your philosophies on longevity and healthspan improvement are clear. I'd love to see him featured on the Moonshots Podcast. Keep up the exceptional work. Best wishes, Lachie.

Thanks for all the good actionable advice and info for we average socioeconomic people. As for traveling to foreign countries to get exotic treatments unavailable in the US, it is a small, but great example of the health gap that accompanies the wealth gap that many have been predicting for a while. It's nothing new. What is new and will grow drastically disparate is that radical new treatments, therapies and augmentations will create an uncrossable gap between haves and have nots. I fear the days where a child could work compete and rise from the most disadvantaged backround to become a pro athlete, artist, scientist etc are numbered. This may sound a little paranoid or like some tin hat syndrome but I believe it will be reality within 20 years and within 2-3 generations there will be hereditable trait enhancement and augmentations that will create a near godlike class. It's hard to even imagine what goes on in the labs of less ethical countries or under DARPA, other US agencies and Orgs. and private billionaire laboratories around the world.

I saw a huge UFO like 30 years ago in an isolated area of Bogota. I was riding motorcycle with someone else. There was a blackout in bogota at the same time we saw the UFO 🛸flying on top of our heads up high in the sky but the saucer was so big that we almost pass out. After some time flying after us it took off at the "speed of light" and it made "erratic" movements until it disappeared. It was a scary situation many people dream of but i dont wish it on otheres.

Funny he wanted aliens to take him! When I was taking organic chemistry at UCSD, I would look up at the night sky regularly and ask any outerspace aliens to please beam me up to get out of o-chem, or at least help me understand it better! That never happened, so I struggled through it and survived!

Love you both !!!! But really guys Plasma exchange ???? You are talking about it like it is available to everyone and that is just not the case is it? Who is doing that for you? Private right? Of course no insurance will pay for that. What you are talking about is really for the few . I'm glad you guys have the money to do it but don't forget you are on you tube reaching millions of people who do not have the means to do it. Everyone is not in your predicament Peter and Mark. So there should be a little reality check of who you are reaching with your podcasts, like the rich the middle class and even the poor. Just sayin...... But nevertheless very informative. Thank you Stelios Viennas MD NYU Langone
