If you've been boiling potatoes in water until now, don't do that anymore.
Using the microwave makes them much chewier and they don't break apart.
Try making it by following three precautions!
[Ingredients]
3 braising potatoes (starchy potatoes), 500g
30g of green onion
1 Cheongyang pepper, 15g
3 cloves of garlic, 10g (1 spoon if using minced garlic)
Seasoning
Half a cup of water (100g)
3 spoons of soy sauce (45g)
1 spoon of oyster sauce (15g)
2 spoons of starch syrup (30g)
(1 additional spoon of starch syrup, 15g)
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
Pepper (pepper goes really well with potatoes)
