Hello, my question is what's the use of crema? Does it have any better taste or its just an indication that coffee is fresh? I mean why should one actually care about creama is it for looks of fancy coffee?

i think you missing the point there. Creama really depend on type of the bean and roasted level. You not gonna have much creama on light roasted ethiopian bean. Some bean also produce much and better creama especially robusta bean. When people ask why they dont get much creama it is a complicated answer not just simple answer. Freshly roasted bean not gonna make your creama better if its not the right bean at all

Totally agree with you - but my target audience for this video is people who are making coffee at home on the beginning of their journey. Heaps of these people are right at the beginning and don't even know that there's a difference between fresh and stale beans, or even what to look for when buying some beans for the first time. It's tricky because in a short you don't have time to explain absolutely everything in a topic, so I choose one fundamental aspect of the topic and discuss that. The people who have seen this piece of content and end up joining my coffee subscription will learn all about roast depth, coffee variety, and how these things impact taste, crema, and so many other things. A video like this is just the starting point to get people in the door.

I get coffee freshly roasted, and can not get the crema. At all.

There is more to it. Maybe temperature is too high? I noticed when it's too low crema is too foamy, and too high there is no crema. Or you just need to press your tamper with more force, but not too much

Crema is terrible and is only good for latte art. I wait atleast 1 month before brewing fresh roasted.

Whilst the taste of crema on its own is not delicious, crema is a great indicator of freshness. If you personally enjoy coffee that is at least 1 month old, then that's great for you. My customers enjoy their coffee from about the 1 week-5 week mark and get a regular delivery so that they are always drinking coffee that's been roasted in this time period.
