When “ugly betty” entered netflix LATAM it was number #1 for weeks, people was watching it all over again, new generations were watching it for the very first time too. Totally crazy. To be fair to the writers a little bit, I think you could read Betty giving Daniel the credit for the photoshoot as both a nice gesture and a tactical move on her part. By giving Daniel the credit she ensures her own position as his assistant by protecting his position at the company, and now he's doubly indebted to her because not only did she save the whole photo shoot but she also saved his reputation. So even though the two don't have this deep connection yet, it's both a decision that benefits Betty and shows us as the audience that she's a kind person

I never got into Ugly Betty when it was on TV (not sure why, maybe I was too young to appreciate it anyway) but I binge watched it during my lunch breaks from work during COVID and literally made my day 10x better every time I watched it...such a great show! Love the cast, all the late 2000s fashion and songs, the DRAMA. So glad I finished it before they took it off streaming.

I remember watching the Heroes pilot when it came out on TV because there was so much hype, and then it got to the sink scene. Seeing that traumatized my 13 year old self so bad that I immediately turned it off and never watched the show again. Good to know it was as impactful as I remembered.

I feel like Hero's and AHS are my most rewatched series. At any point in time I will restart these shows several times a year. its lovely.
