Empire of Sweden never had emporors. Sweden only ever had kings and queens and still have a King and therefore never a real empire. Empire is a title that are missused a lot so much it even includs kingdom of spain and the uk which have the kingdom in it's name. There are some who even argue if the USA is an empire or not, which makes no sence at all since the USA never even had an monarch. Empire used to mean that you have an emporor or empress on the throne. Tsar and kaisar comes from ceasar Augustus which which held the title impreretor which made it an empire therefore tsar and kaisar also make their States real empires.
