Attention! The ingredients for the 1 cake base (I baked 3 cake bases!) 26 cm
120 ml buttermilk (or yogurt) (room temperature)
4 g red food coloring (water soluble gel life mill color) (I use gel food coloring from Rainbow Dust)
180 g of flour
20 g corn starch
6 g of cocoa
1 Pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
60 g soft butter
180 g of sugar
8 g vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract)
90 g odorless vegetable oil
2 large eggs (Size L)
1/2 tbsp vinegar (5-9%)
the cake base is baked for about 25-30 minutes at 170° Celsius (340°F) upper-lower heat without convection on the middle rail until it is ready, and check with a wooden stick to keep it dry and clean
!!!!!!! INGREDIENTS for the WHOLE cake for 3 cake bases, because for each cake base I prepared the dough separately (3 times!) and baked every cake base
360 ml buttermilk (or yogurt) (room temperature)
12 g red food coloring (water soluble gel life mill color) (I use gel food coloring from Rainbow Dust)
540 g flour
60 g corn starch
18 g of cocoa
3 Pinches of salt
3 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
180 g soft butter
540 g of sugar
24 g vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract)
270 g odorless vegetable oil
6 large eggs (Size L)
1.5 tbsp vinegar (5-9%)
INGREDIENTS for the cream:
500 g of softened butter
300 g of powdered sugar
600 g of cream cheese (ROOM TEMPERATURE !!!)
Rosemary, sweets and sugar sprinkles as cake decoration (as desired)
