Today we will show you “the Southern Charm” by Marlette (Clayton Home Builders).
The home is seen here on location at Greg Tilley’s in Bossier City Louisiana!
This home features:
4 bedrooms, 2baths, and 2432 sq ft of living space. I was drawn to the porch and size of this house. As soon as you walk it you can see the rustic Southern Charm this home offers. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space, a stainless-steel appliance package, and extra shelving in the pass through to the utility room. The living room offers a cozy area to relax in front of your fire feature and built in shelving. The mudroom offers a place to store coats and shoes and also provides you with a half bath to wash up! Overall, I like this home. This is a home, not a low rent trailer park trailer. In the way back past, the Marlette brand was a more upscale brand than most with better build quality and materials used. Then they went down hill and got chintzy cheap for a while. If this home is any indication, it looks like they have turned that build practice around.

Don't like stone on a fire place and the countertop needs to be changed. Don't like the wire racks in the closet and the tile in the master. I like the layout of the house

They are junk don't buy them i live across the street from one and it's junk and only 2 years old it is and already the roof is coming apart and the siding is coming apart

You can get it starting at 180K. But then you gotta buy the land. Or in a mobil home park you have to rent the lot (they usually start around 600 a month)
