I owed a Clayton manufactured home and it was roomy, well made and after 20 years still looks great. I plan to purchase another one but in the modular home. If this is 273,000 i would purchase and put on my land. Like anything, you have to take care of it

my roof has exsposed nails my tub surrounds have no supports and my cabinets have drywall in them all of my windows leaked and i had shorts in my electrical what do you think about that...

Yeah they won't have to go there. Check out their videos but make sure you really check. Under the home sits on a metal frame but the wood frame rots 😢

No 278k without your owned property & property building restrictions & building permits on where this home CAN legally be placed. Anyone would be better off buying in a pop up housing community/development where all homes are spaced 50 ft apart and priced at $300k depending on the floorplan you chose plus they are more urban.

My question is...since I own a Clayton home 1200sqr ft on my own property; do y'all contract renovations? Last private estimate I received just to replace flooring in my home was close to 20gs! Even replacing a bathtub was $10gs! Those counter tops look nice & I need new windows too!! Reach out if y'all give estimates & finance renovations.❤

I rarely mention price. Price includes your delivery needs and custom options you pick on your the home. A price quote from me would be way off. I recommend calling the retailer mentioned in the video or researching the builder online

Unfortunately, we rented a brand new Clayton home and it is a piece of junk. Trim falling off everywhere. Screws in cabinet door hinges are too short, causing the screws to come out and doors falling off. Sinks and mirror in Master bath are crooked. Toilet seat and lid on both toilets are off set to one side. Kitchen sink drain was not tightened properly causing water to leak out of drain soaking cabinet. Contacted Clayton and all they did was send me emails wanting me to buy a home from them. Didn't address one effing issue I told them about. One sorry Company. Do your homework before buying from them or better yet just avoid even stepping in their sales lots.

I’ve been in many and lived in one for a while and they all seemed pretty great to me. Maybe the specific manufacturing facility was at fault

The living room is too small, utility room entirely too big lots of wasted space in there , the bathrooms straight across from one another is a no-no , master bedroom is okay but the other 3 bedrooms are really small. Also the grayish color cabinets all over this home looks really cheap too. 26 hundred square feet of home and it’s all put together wrong!!!

Clayton is OK because they don't try & meet your needs I called for Buegie xl discontinue 😢my credit over 82o, & had 50k . I'd rather do Dear Valley much better build

Highly disappointed in this video, people Want to know the prices of these modular homes we don’t just want to go on a tour we want to know our options to see if we can fit our budget/ finances. Having a price at the end of each tour would be really helpful.

Sorry. No prices from me. Price depends a lot on what you want in a house and your delivery needs. I’d rather have no price than have that part confused people. I’m also not a salesperson. I’m just showing the houses and telling you where to find them so you can call the location if truly interested. Or so the video to a dealer near you. I can always tell you how to do that homework.

Over the phone was rude they hung up on me, first they no long make watt I need or ask for, my money & credit is excellent screw Clayton I'm better off with out "SOB" .
