As a non-Brit, I find it astounding how little information I've seen in the media about the City of London and how it operates. Most people in my country aren't even aware that there is a difference between London and the City of London.

The empire morphed into banking, central banking and finance. It became the very background of modern society, in the daily transactions and currency creation. Indeed the habit hole only goes deeper

*FUN FACT* In the City of London, on Bank St., you will find the Guildhall which is guarded by two giant statues of *Gog and Magog* , whom are called 'the protectors of the City of London'. They are also paraded annually at the Lord Mayor's show, a tradition going back atleast to the 16th century. British folklore depict Gog and Magog as the founders of Britain, a folklore also found in Ireland, Scotland and northern Germania.

Important note! They are two statues of giants, Gog and Magog. They're inside the chapel and actually pretty small. But you're right, a lot of the old folklore is that the Isles were made by giants, and yes! they are also part of the city parade.

The fact that this documentary doesn't have 60 million views is proof of how asleep the population is, we are focused on hating each other, blaming each other, wondering why things are tough and the answer is right in front of us and yet we chose not to confront it and stick our heads in the sand as we carve our way into a decent life with our bare hands .

The fact that no one but me has looked up who the people in the film are proves that no one who has watched the film has any idea what kind of game we are playing and on what kind of pitch......! Without a detailed biography nothing should be believed! I'll stop the video and check it out first? George Soros was a student at the London School of Economics...shall I introduce you? One of the most famous globalist training specialists. He is mentioned in the biographies of two openers. And one of them is a World Bank employee....What has been said about the World Bank and the Currency Fund in the developing world since the 90s? "The 5th and 6th horsemen of the apocalypse!" They have left no stone unturned where they set foot. Look at Greece after 2008 Hungary.....was also on the verge of bankruptcy. Hungarians chased away the IMF after disputes in 2011. Greeks listened to them. Where is the Greek economy today how much national wealth is left? Where is Hungary today? Inside Job anno same thing...Who was interviewed? Soros? Christine Lagarde? And they were the ones who were looking after the global financial markets? Why is one hand slapping the other? For me, in this film, at 35 minutes in, they even threw up why? As a young girl I was often taken to see the Lord Mayor’s show and was apprised of its distinctness (The City of London) even then. This documentary truly fills in the gaps of my knowledge of it. Brilliant doc. Thank you

Since I watched this wonderful documentary, my mind is at rest. At the age of 77 and always having an interest in politics and finance I was always burned up with the inequality of normal citizens lives but I didn't understand how or why this situation had come about. Now I understand, and I realise that there is absolutely nothing I can do to change things. So my mind is at rest - you only worry about those things you can influence and change.

Perhaps you can do nothing at your age, but the younger generations will have to face a difficult choice in the coming decades. Dismantle the system through violent revolt, French Revolution style, or submit and lose all rights and freedoms past generations fought for in the name of a more centralized economic and financialized security state that only protects the ultra wealthy.

One of the greatest videos I have seen on KZfaq. It is worth way more than 4000£ and is uploaded here for free, which is utterly amazing. The film provides more knowledge on why the underdeveloped countries are still underdeveloped than the ministers of those countries themselves. Tremendous respect for the author and good luck in the future projects. Thank you for your work and devotion to bringing information to the light.

Where did you get the budget from? But yeah, the film is more than just amazing! It's a must watch for basically everyone. Every prime minister of the UK should be very silent when the topic tax evasion comes up. And the international community should all point their finger right to the UK, if they're actually serious. Which they're actually not. Because if you look up the Financial Secrecy Index, you'll find all the big economies! Their leaders are definitely aware of this system and don't have a sincere desire to stop it. The political class is not as dumb as they appear _(well, in todays Germany I'm not sure)!_ But they themselves benefit by this system. I grew up as a "central kid" in London (hanging out at the trocadero, Trafalgar Square, green park etc) and we would from time to time hang out in city of London areas skating, drinking, hanging out. Aside from the obvious differences in clientele and environmental factors of these areas, it always felt "off". Now I know why..

This is definitely the best documentary I have watched on KZfaq. I can see no reason why every TV broadcasting company in the world shouldn't license and broadcast it. Those that don't must be as inherently corrupt as the UK establishment. I am British but it's good to be reminded of what a corrupt regime I belong to! Every time a large company in the UK goes bust despite a clean bill of health in audit from the big four, it demonstrates how pervasive the accountancy firms have become within government. Congratulations to the main contributors in this film for their courage, persistence and acumen!

The media is owned by the same establishment. Corporations own everything including our media and government. A handful of companies own most of the media and they are owned by the same oligarchs. They are doing everything in their power to distract the masses whilst the elites extract the wealth from our nations. They do not hold the powerful accountable, they just pretend to. Politicians work for the corporations not the people. The media is nothing more than a tool and now so is most of the Internet. We workers are nothing but slaves to the system that makes the rich richer and the poor poorer. When governments and corporations work hand in hand, that's fascism. We beat the Nazis, not fascism. This is late stage capitalism. The elites are taking as much wealth as they can from us, paying us slave wages, taking all the profits for themselves, throwing us into debt by not paying us enough. Soon we'll all be replaced with robots and left to starve, whilst the elites live on their private Islands.

@@xxxxOS Very true. I've read and watched lots of information and documentaries and had lots of discussions regarding the exact same things. What do you think is the solution? Or maybe a step that the average person can take to go in the right direction? I do completely agree with what you had said but I do feel we focus too much on the problem and not enough on the solution.

Many attempts have been made to divide people with the classic divide and conquer ploy. Again you have hit the nail on th head. Entertainment is completely rubbish and just wastes our time. I can think of a hundred great shows that wouldn't exist without the BBC, and they've certainly done their share of excellent documentaries and investigative journalism. I was brought up and spent most of my life in/on Jersey, and it's eye-opening to see how many people who work in finance there know exactly that their jobs are allowing billionaires of questionable character to avoid paying tax, but when your salary and bonuses allow you to buy multiple houses (the prices of which are now at Central London levels) and flounce about in an £80,000 Range Rover Sport, suddenly their moral compasses disappear. And believe me, some of the most stupid people I have ever met have made a fortune working in Trust companies there. It's not difficult - you just have to be willing to abandon your conscience.

How Bad must it get for average working people around the World before they unite and Rebel ? A People's Revolution needn't involve the shedding of blood at all. I'm confident that a General Strike of even 60% of the American Work Force for even a week would catch a lot of attention at the top. How about a National Election where no voters bothered to cast a vote ??? Would that sort of power NOT corrupt YOU?? And WHY is this film "important and truly brave"?? Just consider that one, almost saint, emperor we all admire, Marcus Aurelius, he did all that was required of him, and yet killing was part of it all, as it is now, a monk would not last there... and yet even Aurelius fucked up in naming his successor, an incapable ignorant son, so all of Marcus Aurelius' work and philosophy were for nothing since his successor, an spoilt brat, destroyed it all.He didn't follow his own advice in the MOST IMPORTANT thing he could have done to preserve his life's work.

There is no longer any mainstream “investigative” journalism; hell, there isn’t really any journalism left at all. Outside of the many individuals shouting from the rooftops via KZfaq and bitchute et al, it’s all propaganda and commercial sales. The traditional media has lost all credibility, gone. It’s all so easily seen through and those that cannot see past it, well they aren’t playing on the same intellectual playground as the rest of us anyway, so it really doesn’t matter.

I have seen many documentaries that are basically just conspiracy theories with sprinklings of truth but this documentary backs up every claim made with serious evidence, I knew parts of this story but you have this together with a coherence rarely seen in journalism well done subscribed. Agree fully. There are obviously issues the left and right disagree on, but many others we have the same complaint, and being divided due to *squirrel!* only hurts us all. TPTB doing these things come from both parties (all parties for our British cousins), so anyone putting it in a left/right context should have it explained (non-confrontationally) that both sides are doing it to all of us. Even the commies and capitalists teamed up in WWII. Not just armies, but individuals who were behind the lines. Divided, making each other the devil, is just how TPTB want us. Because divided and squabbling amongst each other, we're toast.

Resources do not necessarily mean rich. 19th century U.S. was a vast resource rich continent, but developing it for a burgeoning population took vast amounts of capital - roads, canals, ports, factories, railroads. So UK was the prime investor and had a superior balance for 110 years. It took WWI to change balance in U.S. direction.

There are still signs of shame, and speaking with a double tongue, inhibition too, present in the British population. I believe they're not over it yet, that Britain lost so much of its expansive power and wealth. After all, it's now in a poor state. There are those, in Britain, who truly believe that Britain will restore its former Empire, by voting Brexit. That's how irrational some are and at a loss for realism.

I don't feel this way anymore about money. It was used to create emotional pain to feed off of peoples spirits. But it has also been used to share and provide for one another in fairness and reciprocity. I believe in the expansion of this model of using money. It's too easy to just go against something used as a tool by this toxic elite. They can use the opposition easily but if we go with it with our own values intact and strengthened by steady practice, we can transform the entire modality.

Fabulous production which represents the facts soberly and clearly, the fact is that the City of london is an independent City State which has an older and therefore senior role in the management of business affairs than the British State, the Bank of England is in fact the Bank without England and should one want to discover the limits on freedom of information then one only need to attempt to seek out the beneficiaries of the Bank of England Nominees Limited whose identities are indeed protected by Royal Decree. Questions have been posed in Parliament regarding this matter and FOI's have been made; to no avail. The City of London is an onshore offshore tax haven that has its own ports and own rules as to how commerce is conducted under admiralty law, the law of the seas. How very useful for capital outflows and inflows... much like the tides on the Thames.

Laws are for common people. The owners of the system are above the law, or rather, they make the law as it suits them in order to enrich themselves and remove competition. We live in a two class society.
