In this video we take a look inside the Stone Edition Hebrew/English Tanach. We examine a few verses from the chapters from the book of Isaiah along with some of the features of one of the most respected English translations of the Hebrew Bible.
Nothing compares to reading & understanding the text in it's original language. I recommend that one study the hebrew language and learn to read & understand the Hebrew text.

Wow, I was surprised at how good this was! Excellent job taking us through the TNK. Thank you brother! When you opened to Isaiah 53, I though, Oh here we go a xristian or messianic is going to project the hanged-man all over it! But instead you threw light on 53 by showing us other Servant passages-such as 52! Well done! I will remember this and thevrelaxed manner of your presentation. I also use, primarily, the Stone Ed. Plus a few others. But I know some Hebrew...still learning. HASHEM, Master of Legions bless you!

Shalom Daniel, I have been listening to you for years. I have always been a Non Messianic Hebrew and was thought to be that way by my Rabbi. But I always listen to you and the other brothers from LA constantly. It is good to see that you have picked up reading the Stone Tanach instead of the KJV and other versions. As you can see there are many teachings that needs to be revisited especially, the Suffering Servant is Jesus, Immanuel is Jesus and Out of Egypt I call my son is Jesus arguments etc. As you begin to read the great translation that is in the Stone more will be revealed. Shalom my brother and keep up the good work.

+YisraelBethMidrash That's good to hear. It took some years but I finally put down the NT. Even when I was following the NT there were things that I didn't agree with (virgin birth & the false Isa 7:14 prophecy, Yeshua/Jesus is the Most High, Jesus was the creator). Back then I just believed that he was Mashiach. My excuses were that some of the NT text was corrupted by the x-tian church. It turns out that all of it is corrupt. I've never been an idolator tho. As time went by and the more that I studied the Hebrew language & uncovered things I finally had enough. Torah Judaism has finally called me home. I study Halacha and plan to progress much further in my studies. I still plan on helping others with lectures. Some of my old messianic videos are still up but I plan on taking them down or making annotations regarding what I believed then & what I believe now. It's good hearing from you. I'd like to hear more about what you've been learning and your Rabbi. Shalom

+Profittt613 Shalom Mishpacha, Well my name is Yisrael Avshalom and I live in Trinidad and Tobago, a small island off the coast of the South American Mainland. My Great Grandfather Mosheh Yeshurun was from Curacao from the Sephardic Community there. My Grandfather was Hugo Levinson from the Jewish Community in Corsica, also Sephardi. They and their children all migrated to Trinidad and married into the local population.I did not always follow Torah Judaism, but it was in the early 2000's after a trip to Ohio that I met a group of Jews that told me I should go back to my heritage. It sparked something in me and I started learning everything I can about my History, My Lineage and the Scriptures. I am not fluent in Hebrew yet, but I have taken some classes from the American Hebrew Academy and I study at home, I am getting good at it. There are not a lot of Jews in Trinidad. The BHIs are now beginning to teach the Locals here. You see them on the side of the roads cussing out the Indians, Whites and Syrians that live here. I have had my encounters with them and because I look Mixed (Kind of more Arab Looking) I was cussed out and told that I am not a Jew or Hebrew, cause I was not black enough.Daniel, I Know that Hashem is with me and he has guided me back to the Truth of the Ancient ones, I feel a great kinship to the Israelites in the bible and I try to walk like our father Abraham. My Rabbi died two years ago, he was from the Mikve Israel Congregation, so I walk alone now and teach myself and glean what I can from others.I am currently reading from the Shulchan Aruch, the Klienman Edition. Beautiful work.Email me at: houseofmidrash1@gmail.comGo in strength.

Baruch HaShem! you found your way back to the Truth of Torah. You're on the right path. I know that the BHI psuedo doctrine has spread to the Caribbean and other parts of the planet. You're probably better off just ignoring them unless one comes to you on his own to learn. Are you able to find another Rabbi & congregation? It's good to know that you're reading from the Shulchan Aruch. I own the 5 volume set. Awesome knowledge on how to keep Mitzvot. I'll send you an email. Shalom.

+Profittt613 , I hope that some day you will examine the Stone translation of Isaiah chapter 53 and compare it with the KJV (or NIV), with a rational critique of the translations. Can you demonstrate that the Stone translation is more accurate than say the KJV there? Another important scripture would be Daniel 9:23-27. I believe that the KJV and NIV are false translations of the passage, since they do not indicate that Daniel was speaking of two distinct messiahs (the first of whom is probably Cyrus). Not being a Hebrew scholar, I am not able to say for sure. Btw, I am an ex-Christian.

This is a really good video as I am in the market for a Tanakh and have been researching the Artscroll Stone edition. I like how you showed how the English was presented with each verse number as I have a Tanakh that doesn't have the verse numbers like a traditional christian bible would. The larger one you have I've seen and I noticed the travel one, but you showing the actual size next to each other was something other videos did not have, so thanks. Also I know they have another travel version which has three books that go in a small case. The Torah, The Prophet, and The Writings so if you wanted to just bring one on the go you could do that too. I'm definitely going to buy this one you highlighted first and I appreciate you precise description on the accompanying Rabbinical commentary and jargon.

+pippytlo I recommend that you purchase a Stone Edition Hebrew/English Tanach and begin studying Classical Hebrew. It's best to do begin by being taught by a REAL Hebrew instructor. If you can take a college course do that. There are online classes, Skype classes and private tutors who can help you. Make sure that you're learning "classical Hebrew" AKA "Biblical Hebrew". Shalom

but also I can't stand reading the (in my estimation) disrespectul term "HaShem" instead of Lord, so I don't like Artscroll much. Plus whenever they transliterate Hebrew like in the Book names they use Ashkenazi with transliterates T to S at the end of words, rather than Israeli/Sephardi where the T remains a T. So Shabat becomes Shabbos in Artscroll headings and such, which I find annoying.

Ashkenazi Jews (converts from the tribe of Japheth, from what is known as Eastern Europe/Caucases) would be offended if these little recognitions of their influences were not acknowledged. Actually Rabbi Scherman is an Ashkenazi Jew. Shabat became Shabbos (Yiddish)

That 3 letter word never existed in ANY language UNTIL 359 A.D., AND THEN IT APPLIED TO AN IDOL that a Reiks named Wingurich paraded around in one of his chariots forcing all people to GROVEL to the IDOL named GOD or be slaughtered. ALSO, The "Creator" does not create ANYTHING "astonishingly empty"!! Everything the Creator creates IS BREATHTAKINGLY BEAUTIFUL!! You can't make the text read for it's actually saying. You can't do that, that's also why I'm quitting on Messianic Judaism a.k.a (Christian Believers). You change or alter the reading to fit your interpretation. Also the Targum and Septuagint are not based on the same family of manuscripts little is known of the B.C version of the Septuagint, the Targum is also based on another set of manuscripts. Not the same in family tradition, but they're not 100% different. Some of the passages share the same verse, however this does not conclude that were once form the same family of manuscripts. At least in my own opinion of mine, of what I want to share with you.

Yes, to a degree. I'm saying those things to you. "Messianic Judaism" is simply a false title for the original movements that Christianity was suppose to be. But thanks to Paul, we have the surviving and official Christianity that we call Gentile Christianity. After 70 A.D. Judeo-Christanity lost all its popularity. This doesn't mean that Judeo-Christian sects all vanished. It means that it was considered unpopular after the destruction of the second Holy Temple of HaShem. When you say the Septuagint, there is no longer a surviving B.C you think that, because the LXX that was found at Qumran. The LXX wasn't always perfect when Origen was alive wanted a translation of the Prophets and Writings in his language. Remember that Hellenistic were living at this time and he was one of them. The LXX you and I have are from Codex Vaticanus. The Catholics probably tampered with it to fit their agenda. So to share.

I'm studying Biblical Hebrew. "modern Hebrew" is NOT Yiddish. It's what's spoken in Israel today. If one is learned in Biblical Hebrew, they can easily pick up Modern Hebrew. My video actually explains the misconceptions regarding that topic.

We have a version of this in our Christian Bibles but I am enjoying this for all they explain and bring more details to the Table a better understanding of the Days Of Old. God Bless You!😊❤️ This! Mike Manners Possibly. However, there are other issues as well, as the ESV, as well as the NIV, et al follow the so-called critical texts, like Vaticanus, Sinaticus, etc. The KJV as well as the NKJV follow the Majority texts, which, although they are not as old as the “critical texts, are far more uniform.

This is not ISRAEL people are getting all mixed up and that is an end time thing. Isaiah 42: 1 Behold My servant, I will support👉 him 👈, My chosen one, whom My soul desires; I have placed My spirit upon him, he shall (HIM IS AN INDIVIDUAL PRONOUN NOT DENOTING A COUNTRY) Isaiah 42: 2 He shall neither cry nor shall he raise [his voice]; and he shall not make his voice heard outside. (DOES A COUNTRY NOT CRY?) Isaiah 48 CLEARLY ELOHIM HAS TWO IDENTITIES 16 Come near to Me; hear this: I have not spoken in secret from the beginning. From its existence,👉 I was there 👈; and now Adonai YAHWEH, and His Spirit, has sent👉 Me 👈5 . 17 So says👉 YAHWEH, your Redeemer 👈, the Holy One of Israel, I am YAHWEH your Elohim, who teaches you to profit, who leads you in the way you should go.

You are incorrect. The remnant of "Israel" is spoken of multiple times in scripture as a SINGLE entity in the Servant songs of Isayah. Isa 41:8 BUT THOU, ISRAEL, MY SERVANT, JACOB WHOM I HAVE CHOSEN, THE SEED OF ABRAHAM MY FRIEND. Isa 41:9 Thou whom I have taken hold of from the ends of the earth, and called thee from the uttermost parts thereof, and said unto thee: 'THOU ART MY SERVANT, I have chosen thee and not cast thee away'; So in Isayah 42 it's not going to all of a sudden change the "servant" to one man. (This was explained in the video. Also why didn't you quote all of Isayah 42 like I did in the vid?) notice: Isa 42:19 WHO IS BLIND BUT MY SERVANT? Or deaf, as My messenger that I send? Who is blind as he that is wholehearted, and blind as the LORD'S servant? Isa 42:20 Seeing many things, thou observest not; opening the ears, he heareth not. Isa 42:21 The LORD was pleased, for His righteousness' sake, to make the teaching great and glorious. Isa 42:22 >>>>BUT THIS IS A PEOPLETHEY ARE ALL OF THEM SNARED IN HOLES, AND THEY ARE HID IN PRISON HOUSES, THEY ARE FOR A PREY, AND NONE DELIVERETH, FOR A SPOIL, and none saith: 'Restore.' Isa 43:10 YE ARE MY WITNESSES, SAITH THE LORD, >>>AND MY SERVANT

Then explain the two identities in this scripture Isaiah 48 CLEARLY ELOHIM HAS TWO IDENTITIES 16 Come near to Me; hear this: I have not spoken in secret from the beginning. Then explain how Father would leave his chosen without ultimate atonement for nearly 2000 years Then figure Daniel and you will see Messiah came right on schedule and the Temple was destroyed. It already happened. If Messiah did not show up at the correct time from Daniel you might as well toss the book because then that would mean it is not correct.

People get lost in scripture they are not seeing the Ravenous wolf prophecy and it makes the whole Bible seem wrong from OT to NT. When in reality the NT even the horrible things Paul says are consistent with prophecy and we about to see the end. Because Daniel is unsealed. Paul to the Ephesians: "I am an apostle of Yeshua" Eps 1:1, Col 1:1, 1 Tim 1:1, 2 Timothy 1: 11, The Ephesians to Paul: "No you're not." Acts 19, Yeshua to the Ephesians: "Well done!" Rev 2: 2. Read your prophecies. Paul is the Ravening Wolf from the Tribe of Benjamin Genesis 49:1 (Last days)Genesis 49:27, Daniel 8: 25-27, Philippians 3:5-9, John 5:43, John 8:44, Acts 7:54-8:2, Isaiah 42:23-25, Ezek. 22:26-32, Matthew 7:15-23, John 5:43, Rev 2:2, Zephaniah 3:3, Jeremiah 5:6, Habakkuk 1:8) Daniel 8:25-27 THIS IS YOUR BIG END TIME ONE 25 “Through his cunning He shall cause deceit to prosper under his rule;[a] And he shall exalt himself in his heart. He shall destroy many in their prosperity. He shall even rise against the Prince of princes; But he shall be broken without human means.[b] 26👉 “And the vision of the evenings and mornings Which was told is true; Therefore seal up the vision, For it refers to many days in the future.”👈 Genesis 49:27 “Benjamin is a ravenous wolf; 👉In the morning he shall devour the prey, And at night he shall divide the spoil.”👈 Zephaniah 3:3 Her princes within her are roaring lions, Her judges are wolves at evening; They leave nothing for the morning. Jeremiah 5:6 Therefore * a lion from the forest will slay them, A wolf of the deserts will destroy them, A leopard is watching their cities. Everyone who goes out of them will be torn in pieces Because their transgressions are many, Their apostasies are numerous. Habakkuk 1:8 "Their horses are swifter than leopards And keener than wolves in the evening. Their horsemen come galloping, Their horsemen come from afar; They fly like an eagle swooping down to devour. This was very shocking for me when I discovered it and is still troubling but it is a test from YHWH to see if we will follow Paul or His Son. John 10: 10- 18 10 The thief does not come except that he may steal, and kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life and may have it abundantly. 11 I am the Good Shepherd! The Good Shepherd lays down His life on behalf of the sheep4 . 12 But the hireling, not even being a shepherd, who does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and forsakes the sheep and flees. And the wolf seizes them, and scatters the sheep. 13 But the hireling flees because he is a hireling, and there is not a care to him concerning the sheep. 14 I am the Good Shepherd, and I know those that are Mine, and I am known by the ones that are Mine5 . 15 Even as the Father knows Me, I also know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep. 16 And I also have other sheep, those who were not from this sheepfold6 . And also them, It is necessary for me to bring them and they will hear my voice and all the flocks will become one. And there will be One Shepherd7 . 17 For this reason My Father loves Me, because I lay down My life, that I may take it up again. 18 No man takes it from Me but I lay it down by My own will. For I have authority to lay it down and I have authority to take it up again, for this commandment I have received from my Father. Isaiah 17:11-14 11 In the day shalt thou make thy plant to grow, and 👉 in the morning shalt thou make thy seed to flourish 👈: but 👉 the harvest shall be a heap in the day of grief and of desperate sorrow. 👈 12 Woe to the multitude of many people, which make a noise like the noise of the seas; and to the rushing of nations, that make a rushing like the rushing of mighty waters! 13 The nations shall rush like the rushing of many waters: but God shall rebuke them, and they shall flee far off, and shall be chased as the chaff of the mountains before the wind, and like a rolling thing before the whirlwind. 14 And behold 👉 at eveningtide trouble 👈; and before the morning he is not. This is the portion of them that spoil us, and the lot of them that rob us.

Note you have to follow all those scriptures I gave to see it. These verses tell you who Paul really was and he stole the flock from Yahusha 1 Corinthians 5:5 You are to DELIVER THIS MAN TO SATAN for the DESTRUCTION OF THE FLESH, so that his SPIRIT MAY BE SAVED in the day of the Lord Exodus 23:7 "I WILL NOT JUSTIFY the UNGODLY." Proverbs 17:15 "HE that JUSTIFIETH the UNGODLY, and HE that CONDEMNETH THE RIGHTEOUS, even they both are an ABOMINATION to YHVH" Romans 4:5 "But to him that worketh not, BUT BELIEVES on HIM THAT JUSTIFIES THE UNGODLY, his faith is counted for righteousness. 2 Corinthians 3:6 who has made us sufficient to be ministers of a new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit. For the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.
