Guichon’s show on Netflix was the best. The fact that none of the contestants were kicked off and instead got a chance to work directly with him was so refreshing. I can’t stand cooking/baking shows where someone gets kicked off every episode because a contestant may have just had a bad day. Guichon showed patience and a love for teaching and it was the best baking or cooking show I’ve ever seen just for that reason. I truly hope he does another season.

What I love about your videos is that there are actual layers and all types of flavors and clearly a lot of love in your creations instead of just plain cake and fondant

Honestly this man is such a genius. The transition between the spout and the main body didn’t seem perfect but the eye pays more attention to the body. I feel like this man was so meta he knew he didn’t even need it.

This guy is the epitome of that monk sand thing. He spends days making these insanely complex and detailed creations that look 100% realistic, and then when he’s done, he just slices through it. I have such mad respect for him.

He is just simply genius. I wish he have another season of his reality show School of Chocolate
