Don't know what the whole truth is. No way to. But ask yourself this: Why is Luckyy on KZfaq setting up a GoFundMe for legal defense when he: 1. Hasn't been "Sued" (Served with a Complaint and Summons). 2. Hasn't even sought legal advice, let alone retained counsel or been given a retainer expense and approximation of the defense costs for what will likely be a 1st-year law student-level basic "Breach of Contract" case. Forget about any demonstrated need for additional financial help. We KNOW he kept the Twitch and YT channels and the income stream from them, and MAY have bailed on his agreed buyout obligations to BW (Depending on the truth of what BW is saying here). He's literally "Lucky," as in the 1% of the 1% of streamers who get partnered and are able to stream for a living. Again, don't know the whole truth, but asking for financial help for legal expenses that as of now DON'T EXIST? That's a MASSIVE red flag for ME as I try to sort out who I think is being honest... Anyone else? EDIT: I made a post on LuCKyy's vid pointing out this issue. It may or may not still be up there, creators can "Mute" posts from being seen and responded to. His video is titled "I'm BEING sued by (Etc.)" People threaten to sue others all the time. Then they learn the costs of doing so (Both legal expenses, AND time & other factors), and things end up resolved a different way. In other words, you either HAVE BEEN sued, or you haven't. And until the former happens, you aren't facing any legal expenses, beyond spending an hour or so with a lawyer to talk about "What ifs." And regardless of how little you may think of lawyers, there isn't one on this planet that charges 10 grand for that. 🤣

This breaks my heart. Lab was the first steam I ever watched. I didnt even know about twitch before destiny and the lab. I would set alarms when you would give times you were going live. The lab was life. I just hope the best

It’s a few years later and luckyy is still a scumbag in the community. He took advantage of this situation. He has no loyalty. He cries about everyone and talks trash about everyone. The moment people talk about him he’s uploading videos trying to get his fans to help stop the trash talk. He calls people cheaters just cause he got killed by them and has his team and chat report said player without proof yet he’s known to play with a cheater on his team. Just a very scummy person. You should be glad you got away from that situation.
