Qualia mind made me so dizzy for some reason. I tried slowly taking pills throughout the day, still ended up dizzy. I will say they have amazing customer service though! Alpha brain is just the right amount for me.

There's no way that you actually think Mind Lab Pro is a T2 noot stack... it's criminally overpriced for its ingredient profile. Gorilla Mind Smooth + B-Right absolutely blows it out of the water.

@@yourinception do you not think that ingredients like the bacopa and NALT are underdosed, while the citicoline is overdosed? Without even buying in crazy bulk, I could make the meat n potatoes (minus the B vitamins) of Mind Lab Pro for 20$, and that's using TOP QUALITY ingredients. They shouldn't be charging a CENT over 50$ per bottle.

@beppes9078 If you are a student you should be smart enough to know it would be far more efficient to just search on youtube the best nootropic to boost memory and concentration, rather than type a comment which is unlikely to be seen among hundreds of comments. But in which case, Bacopa Monneiri has been proven to be the best for memory, as for focus Lionsmane and L-tyrosine/NALT would be most effective.

I tried Qualia Mind but I really hated to be takin 6 pills, with 4 I didn't noticed anything and 6 were given me headaches, when I contacted them to cancel my subscription they never told me that was part of the "normal" side effects, I do like Qualia night though, I do rest way better.

holy shit some of these are genuinely underdosed and use ingredients without good scientific research. Ingredients that are easily recognizable have dosages that are shit compared to studies that display dosages to have significant (aka non negligible benefits) like alpha gpc at 200 mg Things like gorilla mind smooth or any of their nootropics make all these supplements look obsolete (and I wont write other ones cuz that is already better than anything on this list) Also you definitely CAN feel supplements in the short term, most of these ingredients do not have a loading phase or are to be saturated. The reason he is telling you that it is for the long term is so you can click subscribe and save and placebo yourself into truly feeling the under dosed products after you went through 3 bottles of something that is made up predominantly by ingredients that do not require loading.
