Make sure you get omega 3 supplements that are 1g of omega 3 (not 1g of fish oil; they’re not the same)

@@stricko4444 the effect is coming from the Omega 3’s in the fish oil. He’s just saying to make sure you are consuming based on how much omega 3 you’re getting, rather than how much fish oil you’re getting.

Either it’s a larger mark up or that’s just what it costs to put an efficable dose for all of their ingredients and that other companies have the same margins but they skimp on cost. Probably a bit of both.

@Vacheron You can make Mind Lab Pro at home for a fraction of the cost. They aren't sourcing their ingredients from a supplier that you or I don't have access to, and their doses of Rhodiola and NALT aren't even efficacious. I think they spend a lot of money on strictly online marketing, and use other overpriced products like Alpha Brain as a reference for their price point.

While I am not disagreeing with Omega 3 and B12 being important, then I am always sad to see advertisements somewhat "disguised" as a part of a channel (as if it could have been a video on its own on the channel if it weren't for the product at the end)... I know that KZfaqrs has to make a living as well and the advertiser surely pays more for an ad that is done that way - I just don't like it :(

I understand your sentiment and I honestly don’t like it either but here’s the kicker: you don’t have to watch it if you don’t want to. Also, if it weren’t for videos like this on my channel, the other videos wouldn’t exist. That’s the landscape of social media right now. I try to bake in some value in each video I do even if it is partly an ad. But I appreciate this kind of feedback, it helps me navigate the future of my channel

They only contain ALA, not DHA, EPA or DPA, and it doesn't convert efficiently to them..
