Really sorry you're going through that. Hopefully it will get better, or at least easier to deal with. If you can/haven't already, I would suggest therapy, just to have someone who you can talk with and to have someone to help you through this thing we call life. Stay strong, I know you can make it.

Man it will sound evil, but you have moral duty to stay alive. You can't do that sht to other people... I mean just imagine how everyone will feel if you pass away... And don't bllsht me with "nobody likes me" sht... your family, your friends, your colleges/schoolmates will suffer... Moral duty is the only reason I'm still alive... Can't do that to my mum. she already lost a lot (including my sister)... Cant do that to anyone... And believe it or not, one day, THE ONE day you will be happy again. I found love of my life, my friends are awesome, im doin great in career... Life is just rollercoaster... one day happy one day depressed...

My parents are so “strict”, but it’s just controlling. I know exactly what you mean, I think the majority of us here do. You’ve got this too! I’ve been dealing with anxiety and depression my entire life and it’s completely hell at times. It can be ridiculously difficult when depression is doing it’s best to tear you apart but you are stronger than you know and you will always, always come out the other side.

Dentists give me the creeps too. Doesn't help that I have a really tiny mouth and an overly sensitive gag reflex. Just getting dental X-rays is a freaking hassle. Even the kid's sensor that they jam in the side of your mouth is too big for me. Only ones I can tolerate are the ones that go all around your head, because you only have to bite down with your front teeth.

@@Panda72021 Didn't help that the village's county dentist was a fed up and close to retirement brute that seemingly only worried about getting through the appointments as fast as possible whatever the cost. I had to go there until I was old enough to have the courage to both refuse to go and the right words to make my point understood by my parents. Then I met the newly educated county dentist in the next village over, a woman who took her time, explained what was going to happen and actually cared about the human in her chair. I'm certain she's the reason I'm still able to go to the dentist without being knocked out.
