When my dad was a police officer, he got stuck behind a lady sitting at a GREEN light. My dad got on the P.A. and said "What are you waiting for? Another shade of green?" He got suspended for a week.

I still have my 2009 Crown Victoria, everything he said about people moving out of the way on the highway and slowing down to speed limit on a 1 lane road is absolutely true.

The PA system rules. You don't even need a cop car. In college a friend of mine had one and like to drive down the street saying "Nice legs, what time do they open?"
