In this video you can see how we pre-assembled the VW Beetle heater channels with the rear cross members and front firewall ahead of time. This is different way of doing things but I thought it was worth trying it out. The idea was to bolt everything in place on the original floor pans do ensure everything was in place, and then weld the entire assembly in as one.
