1.) don’t just dump your marinated chicken in the pan with the marinade, you get zero color doing it that way. Strain chicken, sear chicken, then add the marinade. 2.) how is this a Crunchwrap if the corn tortilla you put inside is not crunchy… gotta fry it first bubs. 3.) this guy misses on so many levels. Do better. How you managed to get a cookbook out of this is beyond me.
