That is the claim of the Kuomintang(KMT party’s claim), not the claim of Taiwan today. Most Taiwanese are tired of explaining this claim, which is as absurd as the British Empire's claim that India (including Burma and Pakistan) pretended to be territory of what is now India. I can only say that Taiwan does not have such a claim now, and the pro-China Chinese will propaganda and pretend to have such a claim. As a Taiwanese and Chinese. The truth is although both the Taiwan and mainland belong to China, they are ruled by their respective regimes(ROC、 PRC), one country two regimes. The constitutional territories of the two regimes overlap each other.

Just an update, foxconn has already set up the plant in chennai and is already manufacturing 2 new plants in chennai and 2 new plants in Bangalore, my company is the contractor for me he manufacturing of all 4 plants and the existing chennai plant was also delivered by us earlier after completing it's construction.
